Shipping & FAQ
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed in 2–5 business days after purchase. Delivery to the United States takes between 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship to other countries? Yes. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Europe. We do not currently ship to Asia, Africa, or Oceania.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping to the United States starts from $4–$8 depending on the product. International rates vary by destination and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? Each piece is produced to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Send us a photo of the item along with your order number via DM on Instagram @4rtsybrand or through the contact page. We will resolve it.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Credit/Debit Card and SINPE Móvil (Costa Rica only). More payment options coming soon.
Are drops restocked? No. Each drop is released only once. Once archived, it does not return. Follow us on TikTok and Instagram @4rtsybrand so you don't miss the next one.
Where is 4RTSY from? We are an independent streetwear brand from Costa Rica. Three drops, all shipped to the United States. Drop 03 is OTRO DIA — available now.
